PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a system and an environment that facilitate transfer between high schools so as to meet diversified student needs.;SOLUTION: A full-day course high school and a correspondence course high school are run as the same environment. The system and the environment of high schools have: an instruction curriculum constructed by adding unique contents to an instruction guidance; an ICT communication tool and an ICT teaching system that enable communication between a teacher and a student even in the case of a lesson taken at a far place or an environment where time is different; and an e-learning system that utilizes the constructed curriculum; the ICT communication, and the ICT teaching system.;EFFECT: The student is enabled to select an own desired future course and a high-school life optimal for an own environment.
