(260)INNOVATIVE TOOLS AND MODELS FOR VOCATIONAL EDUCATIONAND TRAINING

摘要

Ongoing work for the development of a regional network of vocational education andtraining centres in Central and Western Romania is reported. The network will utilize highdefinition video solutions to improve the inter-institutional partnership between existingvocational training centers and a regional university in the central part of Romania.Transfer of best practices and knowledge from state of the art use of video in education inNorway is outlined. The teaching infrastructure is renovated in order to improve workingconditions for providers of vocational education, and improve vocational training qualityby making it more adaptable to the Romanian labor market. The participating trainingorganizations and industrial companies may use the new training environment to offerand receive a broad range of specialized courses, including transnational exchange ofcompetence transfer.
