In order to study the DA-6 for colored red rice bud emergence and seedling traits,with HM 07 and HM 05 as research materials,effect of DA-6 soaking on germination,emergence,growing conditions and physiological characteristics of the red rice by soaking for 48 hours of six different con-centrations of DA-6,0μg/L(ck),3μg/L,6μg/L,9μg/L,12μg/L and 15μg/L respectively.The re-sults showed that DA-6 soaking can promote colored red rice germination,emergence and seedling,and to improve the seed vigor and germination index,boost the formation of new roots and root elonga-tion;moreover,it can increase the dry substance accumulation of seedlings and dwarf the seedlings, significantly increase the chlorophyll content of seedling leaves,improve the root vitality and SOD ac-tivity,and decrease malondialdehyde content;however,the optimal concentration varied for different varieties and different traits of the same varieties.In conclusion,Comprehensive consideration sugges-ted that the production of DA-6 with a concentration of 6-12μg/L should be used to promote seed germination,improve seedling quality and enhance the resilience of seedlings.%为了研究DA-6对有色红稻发芽出苗和幼苗性状的影响,以HM 07和HM 05为研究材料,设0(ck),3,6,9,12,15μg/L等6种DA-6浓度浸种48 h,测定发芽、出苗、幼苗生长动态和生理等多个性状.结果表明:用DA-6溶液浸种能促进有色红稻发芽、出苗和成苗,并有利于提高种子活力和发芽指数,促进新根的发生和根系的伸长,同时能增加幼苗的干物质积累并矮化幼苗,显著增加幼苗叶片的叶绿素含量、根系活力、SOD活性,并降低丙二醛含量,但不同品种及其同一品种不同性状的最适浓度有差异.综合考虑,建议生产上采用6~12μg/L浓度的DA-6对有色红稻浸种,以促进种子发芽出苗,提高秧苗素质和增强幼苗的抗逆能力.
