PPROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a translation system, a translation program, and a bilingual data generation method having a small processing load and high translation precision. PSOLUTION: The translation system 1 includes: a storage section 32 that stores first bilingual data including a plurality of first language simple sentence data expressed by a first language and a plurality of second language simple sentence data expressed by a second language, wherein the first language simple sentence data and the second language simple sentence have a bilingual relationship and are associated with each other; and a translation processing section 40 for receiving original sentence data expressed by the first language and outputting the translation data of the original sentence data. The translation processing section 40 includes: a translation target selection processing section 44 for selecting either of first language simple sentence data stored at the first bilingual data storage section based on the original sentence data as a translation target; and a bilingual output processing section 48 for reading the second language simple sentence data having a bilingual relationship with the first language simple sentence data selected as a translation target from the first bilingual data storage section and outputting the translation sentence data based on the read second language simple sentence data.
