The present invention relates to a method of making functional noodles including pine needle powder, which includes the following steps: (1) mixing 60-120 parts by weight of flour, 2-10 parts by weight of the pine needle powder, 3-7 parts by weight of salt, and a predetermined amount of water together; (2) making and aging dough for the mixture; and (3) making the functional noodles using the dough. In the functional noodles according to the present invention, the pine needle powder is included, so nutrition can be complemented, and excellent taste and texture can be represented, thereby contributing to the expansion of the base of the functional noodles.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2016
