Disclosed are a device and a system for providing phone number service by providing advertisements using an emotion analysis of a customer and a method thereof. According to the present invention, the device for providing phone number service by providing advertisements using an emotion analysis of a customer comprises: a telephone conversation recording unit recording a telephone conversation made with a customer; a customer emotion analysis unit analyzing emotion of a customer based on voice of the customer in the telephone conversation; and a telephone search unit searching a telephone corresponding to the analyzed emotion of the customer. Thereby, the present invention can provide an emotion-friendly service to a customer by using an analyzed emotion from a telephone voice of a customer.
