Provided are a composition for whole grain noodles, whole grain noodles, and a method for producing the whole grain noodles. According to the present invention, the composition for whole grain noodles comprises: 65-80 wt% of whole wheat flour; 5-15 wt% of starch; 5-15 wt% of lentil powder; 0.5-1.5 wt% of bay sa 0.5-1.5 wt% of emulsified fat and oil; and 2-4 wt% of alcohol.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2017
