Repeatability and reproducibility coefficients of variation for the determination of deoxynivalenol (DON) using the Neogen Ver atox enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA) kit ranged from 6.277 to 45.80% and 13.790 to 78.798%, respectively, and were judged unacceptable.rn2.Repeatability and reproducibility coefficients of variation for the determination of DON using the Diagnostix EZ-Tox ELISA kit ranged from 0.000 to 20.702% and 8.958 to 162.617%, respec tively, and were judged unacceptable.
