随着"双一流"建设名单的尘埃落定,"双一流"建设的序幕全面拉开."双一流"建设语境下,大学评估和学科评估面临着新的挑战.针对学科评估存在的窄化、泛化、矮化和固化等现象,从被忽略的评估局限、被夸大的评估功能、被扭曲的评估诉求三个方面进行原因剖析,指出要开展服务于我国世界一流学科建设的学科评估,要恪守去利益化、去行政化、去功利化三大原则,回归学科本真,坚守评估初心,立足国内,面向世界.%As the list of world-class universities and disciplines was released,the construction of Double First-Class has been carrying out.Under the context of construction of Double First-Class,the evaluation of universities and disciplines faces many new challenges.For example,the First-Class disci-pline evaluation is regarded as narrow,surface,under-qualified,stereotyped.Therefore,this study re-veal reasons from three aspects– under-researched limitations,exaggerated functions and distorted de-mand of the discipline evaluation.The indicator system of evaluation required to be established.The e-valuation of First-Class disciplines should obey such principles as non-benefits,de-administration and anti-utilitarianism.It should return to the nature of discipline,back to the original purpose of evalua-tion,contributing to improve domestic situation and welcome the international views.
