我国LED产业政策的演进特征、问题和对策——基于政策目标、政策工具和政策力度的三维分析

摘要

The content analysis method is used to study the LED industry policy in China.This paper explores the evolving characteristics and existing problems of LED industry policy in China by constructing a three dimensional analytical framework for policy objectives,policy tools and policy strength,and then we put forward some suggestions.It turns out that policy objectives mainly focus on product development,the policy tools use environmental policy mostly,and policy strength is insufficient.It is also found that the matching between the three dimensions needs to be improved.Finally,in view of the above problems,we put forward some countermeasures and suggestions for future policy formulation.%使用内容分析法,通过构建政策目标、政策工具和政策力度三维分析框架,对我国LED产业政策进行计量分析,探讨其演进特征和存在问题.研究结果发现:我国LED产业的政策目标集中在产品开发上,政策工具使用环境面政策居多,政策力度不足且各维度间的匹配有待改善.最后,针对上述问题提出相关对策建议.
