[目的/意义] 对于企业来说,专利是一项极具价值的无形资产,如何利用有限的资源获得更有价值的专利,是企业重点关注的问题,因此掌握专利质量的评估方法,有效的识别出质优的专利,对企业来说是非常必要的.[方法/过程] 从Thomson Innovation数据库中选取了176件低被引专利和88件高被引专利为研究对象,通过USPTO收集专利信息,以专利的被引证数作为专利质量的代理变量,以专利引证深度﹑专利引证广度﹑三方专利家族﹑引证该专利的国家数﹑引证该专利的UPC领域数为自变量,进行Logistic回归分析.[结果/结论] 实证结果表明专利引证深度﹑引证该专利的国家数﹑引证该专利的UPC领域数对专利质量有显著正影响,三方专利族对专利质量有显著负影响,而专利引证广度对专利质量的影响不显著.%[Purpose/Significance]For enterprises,patent is valuable intangible asset.How to utilize the limited resources to obtain higher quality and more valuable patents is the focused problem in enterprises,and it is very necessary for them to grasp the method of patent qual-ity assessment and identify the high quality patents effectively.[Method/Process] This study chooses 176 low-cited patents and 88 highly-cited patents from Thomson Innovation database as the research object,and collects patent information in USPTO.Regarding the cited number as the agent variables of patent quality,using Patent Cite Depth,Patent Cite Scope,Triadic Patent Family,Cited Nations,and Cited UPC Classes as independent variables,and Firstly Cited Time,Patent Inventors,and Total Citations for 2 years as Controlled variables,the paper conducts a linear regression analysis.[Result/Conclusion]Final empirical results show that the Patent Cite Depth,Cited Nations,Ci-ted UPC Classes,and Total Citations for 2 years have a significant positive effect on patent quality,the Triadic Patent Family has a signifi-cant negative effect on patent quality and the Patent Cite Scope,Firstly Cited Time,and Patent Inventors have no significant impact on the patent quality.
