赞可夫论发展性教学体系下的教师素质

摘要

前苏联教学论专家赞可夫创立的“发展性教学理论”以学生的一般发展为主旨，并据此提出对教师相应的素质要求，对我们今天的教学改革仍然有重要的借鉴意义。%Former Soviet educator Zakov, established the teaching theory which aimed at promoting students' general development, and put forward corresponding requirements for teachers' quality. This theory still has important reference significance to today's teaching reform.
