企业需求视野下应用型本科工管教改--以淮工为例

摘要

With talent cultivation in application-oriented under-graduate colleges as the objective, the requirements of architec-ture markets for engineering and construction talent cultivation are analyzed from the perspective of enterprise demand. Several explorations and considerations on curriculum setting, teaching content adjustment and teaching method reform are also carried out in this paper.%文章以应用型本科人才培养为目标，分析了基于企业需求视野下，建筑市场对工程施工专业人才培养的要求。对于工程管理专业课程设置，调整教学内容，改革教学方法等方面进行了一些探索和思考。
