The lens (1) has multiple haptics (11) allowing to fix the lens in an eye, where each haptic comprises of a fixation unit. The fixation unit permits to maintain fixed and without degree of freedom a secondary intraocular prosthetic lens on the lens (1). The haptics are constituted of two branches (112, 114) that are connected by a central branch (113). Each haptic has reinforcement zones (115) extended laterally by a support zone (110). An independent claim is also included for an intraocular prosthetic lens implant system comprising main and secondary intraocular prosthetic lenses.
