建构主义视角下的新生入学教育模式探讨

         

摘要

新生入学教育作为高等教育阶段人才培养的基础性工程,关系到学生能否顺利适应大学生活,并对未来职业生涯发展做出科学规划,关系到高校思想政治教育工作能否取得实效。它事关一所高校校风、学风和培养目标的实现,在很大程度上影响着大学生个体一生的发展。目前,各大高校在新生入学教育工作上大都有自己较为传统的方式方法,但不免出现很多问题。本文结合华南师范大学公共管理学院的实际工作经验案例,探讨建构主义视角下的新生入学教育模式,期待能给高校学生工作的相关人员提供一些思考和可操作性改进。%As a basic project of talent cultivation in higher educa-tion, freshman education relates to students' adaptation to college life and their future career planning, as well as the effectiveness of college ideological and political education. It also relates to the realization of the school and study atmosphere, and the cultiva-tion aims of a college, influencing college students' lifelong de-velopment to a large extent. Currently, traditional methods are carried out by most colleges in freshman education, which may leads to many problems. Combining with the practical experience of Public Management College of South China Normal University, the mode of freshman education are explored from the perspective of constructivism, hoping to provide some considerations and op-erable improvements for relevant staff of student affairs.
