动态对等理论指导下的英文商务合同翻译

摘要

在全球经济一体化的今天，国际商务合同为本土企业与国外企业的商务往来提供保障，商务合同的翻译就显得尤其重要。本文从奈达动态对等理论的角度结合英文商务合同的语言特点阐述了英文商务合同的翻译。%At present days, more and more foreign companies en-ter into china and do business with local companies. In this situ-ation, business contracts and their translation become very im-portant in the trading process. This paper will focus on translation of English business contracts from the perspective of Nida's dy-namic equivalence theory.
