From the surface, micro-lessons take streaming videos as the teaching carriers, but from the content, they still take teaching as the core purpose. Starting from the core purpose of micro-lessons, this paper analyzes the characteristics and teach-ing appeals of the videos from both surface and content, elabo-rates the teaching and learning of micro-lessons under the con-dition of new media, and proposes that the realization of favorable teaching functions must focus on the guiding role of media lan-guage and truly present the complete teaching content by using the traits of streaming media.%微课从表象来看是以流媒体视频作为教学载体,从内容来看则依然是以教学为核心目的.文章从微课的核心目的出发,从表象和内容两方面入手,分析了视频自身的特点和教学本身的诉求,对新媒体条件下微课的教和学进行了阐述,提出在微课中要实现良好的教学功能,必须重视媒体语言中视听引导的作用,真正利用流媒体的特质将教学内容完整的呈现出来.
