校本管理与教师专业发展研究

         

摘要

School-based management originated from America in the 1970s, emphasizes on power decentralization, argues that schools should have independent decision-making power, and one of its main purposes is to promote teachers' professional de-velopment and improve the teaching quality of school education. Due to the long-term influence of the "external control type"school management pattern, teachers' work is passive and lack of passion and innovation, and their ideas are backward, which se-riously affect the quality improvement of school education. The o-rigin of school-based management, present development situation in our country and how to promote teachers' professional devel-opment are discussed in this paper.%校本管理萌芽于20世纪70年代的美国,强调权力下放,主张学校应有自主决策权,其主要目的之一是促进教师专业发展、提高学校教育教学质量.我国由于长期受"外控式"学校管理模式影响,教师工作被动,观念滞后,工作缺乏激情与创新,从而严重影响学校教育教学质量的提高.本文着重对校本管理的起源、在我国的发展现状以及如何促进教师专业发展进行论述.
