浅析如何提升高校教师专业课全英文教学水平

高校要推进部分专业课的全英文教学并非易事，打造具备全英文教学能力的优秀师资队伍最为关键。本文分别从招聘选拔人才环节、入职后培训发展环节、建立长效用人激励机制环节方面，探讨了高校如何引进和培养自己的全英文教学师资，逐步提升教学水平，真正令全英文教学起到培养国际化复合型人才的作用。%It is not easy for universities to impel the all-English teaching of some professional courses, so the establishment of an excellent teacher team with all-English teaching ability has be-come the key. From employment and selection of talents, in-ser-vice training and development, and establishment of a long-term incentive mechanism, this paper explores how universities intro-duce and cultivate their own all-English teaching staff, gradually improve teaching ability, and truly achieve the effect of cultivat-ing international and interdisciplinary talents through all-English teaching.
