团队学习具有优于个体学习的视野和效率,互动教学充分体现学生主体、教师主导的课堂教学组织形式特点,将两者有机结合并应用于本科生核心课程教学中,可有效提高学生学习效率和效果。本文在探讨团队学习的过程组织结构基础上,分析了互动式团队教学存在的问题和应对策略,提出了本科生互动式团队教学过程的评价指标体系。%Team learning is superior to individual learning in the aspects of view and efficiency. And interactive teaching can fully reflect the classroom organization form characteristics of the stu-dents' subject position and teachers' leading one. The organic combination with team learning and interactive teaching can im-prove the learning efficiency and effectiveness if it is applied by undergraduate core curriculum teaching. In this paper, problems and coping strategies of interactive team teaching are analyzed based on the discussion of organizational structure process of team learning, and we also put forward the evaluation index sys-tem of interactive team teaching process for undergraduate stu-dents.
