中职班级职场化活动设计的研究与探索

摘要

以职业生涯规划理论为指导，设计并开展系统的多样的富有创新精神的职场化班级活动，对学生进行有效的职业生涯教育，培养学生职业技能和职业精神，打造中职班级管理特色，总结班级职场化活动设计经验，为新时期中职班级活动开展提供有益借鉴。%Guided by career planning theories, this paper designs and systematically develops diverse and creative workplace ac-tivities. It promotes effective career planning education for stu-dents. With effective vocational education, students will be e-quipped with vocational skills and professional spirits. Workplace activities will also develop secondary vocational schools' class management features, and summarize vocational activity design-ing experience, thereby providing favorable experience for the secondary vocational schools' workplace activities.
