高职贫困生人际关系的团体辅导干预研究

摘要

In order to further explore the effect of group counseling on interpersonal relationship of poor students in voca-tional colleges, 16 poor students were recruited as the experimental group, and the other 16 served as the control group for 6 groups. In order to evaluate the effect of the intervention, the experimental group was divided into homogeneous group and heterogeneous group. The results show that group counseling can effectively improve the poor students' interpersonal relation-ship, and the improvement effect of the heterogeneous group is better.%为进一步探讨高职贫困生人际关系的团体辅导效果, 文中通过推荐招募的方式, 以16名贫困生作为实验组, 另16名作为对照组进行6次团体辅导, 为更好地评估干预效果, 又将实验组分为同质组和异质组. 结果发现,团体辅导能有效改善高职贫困生人际关系, 异质组的改善效果更好.
