论教师直觉性教学决策与教学反思的关系

     

摘要

This article explains and illustrates the fundamentals of teachers' intuitive teaching decision, and analyzes its characteristics. On this basis, the article discusses the inner association between teachers' intuitive teaching decision and teaching reflection. Within this discussion, teaching reflection is regarded as a ground for teachers' intuitive teaching decision. This article aims to clarify the concepts and related perspectives of teachers' intuitive teaching decision in order to establish the common ground for further study on teaching decision-making.%文章在解释、说明直觉性教学决策的基础上,分析了直觉性教学决策的特点。在此基础上论述了教师直觉性教学决策与教学反思之间存在更深层次的内在联系,即教学反思是教师进行直觉性教学决策的基础。文章旨在厘清教师直觉性教学决策的概念及与其相关的观点,为后续教学决策的研究建立共识。
