PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily identify an appropriate category candidate for an individual teacher image on the basis of feature amounts of plural categories.;SOLUTION: A storage part 614 stores plural teacher images, and teacher data indicating an initial category of an individual image. An evaluation value obtainment part 611 obtains an evaluation value indicating appropriateness in a case where an individual teacher image is assumed as belonging to any of plural categories, for each of plural categories of feature amounts. A category candidate identification part 612 calculates a representative value of an evaluation value for plural categories of feature amounts for each category with respect to each of the teacher images, and determines, on the basis of plural representative values for the plural categories, a category candidate to which the teacher image is determined to be belonging. This makes it possible to easily identify a category candidate appropriately on the basis of feature amounts of plural categories.
