基于ABAQUS的某微型车发动机后悬置支架的新设计

     

摘要

Engine mounting plays an important role for vibration damping in the car, and a mounting bracket's strength and rigidity are even more critical. With a mounting rear bracket of a particular type of micro-structure is easy to lead to fatigue and fracture, ABAQUS has been used for the analysis and get the stress map and deformation map. At the same time, the location of the damage was found, and a reasonable improvement program was produced, and then UG was used for the structure design, through the two structure' s analysis and comparison of the proposed optimization scheme is reasonable and correct.%发动机悬置在汽车减振及隔振中起着重要作用,而作为悬置支架其强度及刚度更为关键.针对某类型微型车发动机后悬置支架结构在使用中易产生疲劳破坏和断裂,应用ABAQUS分析软件分析得到了在较大工况下的应力图和变形图.找出了破坏的位置并提出了合理的改进方案,然后通过UG建模软件进行修改设计,通过支架改进前后的有限分析比较,提出的优化方案是合理正确的.
