随班就读听障儿童的言语康复与语言发展情况调查

         

摘要

通过对家长进行调查, 了解了31名4-15岁在幼儿园和普通学校就读的听障儿童的言语康复、语言发展、随班就读、学业表现、家庭教育等情况.调查显示:植入人工耳蜗或佩戴助听器并接受早期康复的听障儿童能够随班就读, 他们大多语言发展良好, 学业正常, 部分儿童有轻微注意力问题.进一步选取了两名个案进行分析, 发现听障儿童还存在构音方法和言语沟通方面的问题.建议对随班就读的听障学生继续加强语言沟通训练, 同时关注儿童的学业和心理健康发展.%This study investigated 31 children with hearing impairment aged 4-15 in the kindergarten and primary schools by parents ' report and examined their speech rehabilitation, language development, study in the regular school, academic performance and family education. The results showed the children who were equipped with cochlea or hearing aids amd received early rehabilitation in hearing and speech could attend ordinary schools and developed well in language and study. A few hearing impaired students may have minor problem in attention. We further analyzed two cases and found compared with typically developing children, the hearing impaired children may have problems in articulation and communication. It suggested the students in the regular school should keep practice in language communication and we should pay more attention to their academic development and mental health.
