情景模拟演练培训模式对提高护士社区灾害救援能力的效果研究

摘要

Objective To explore the effect of scenario simulation training to nurses in improving the rescue ability at com-munity site.Methods A total of 60 nurses were enrolled and randomly divided into intervention group and control group.The control group only received routine training, and the intervention group received scenario simulation mode training .Results The score of disaster rescue ability of the intervention group was significantly higher than the control group (p<0.05).There was no significant difference in the level of education (p>0.05).Significant differences were evident in different sections, professional titles and work-ing years (p<0.05).Conclusion Scenario simulation model training can improve the ability of disaster rescue as an ideal and intu-itive method.%目的：探讨运用情景模拟演练培训模式对提高护士参与社区灾害现场救援能力的效果。方法将符合条件的60名护士随机分为2组，每组30人，对照组接受常规培训，干预组在此基础上采用情景模拟演练模式培训，评价培训后护士的灾害救援能力。结果干预组护士的社区灾害救援能力，较对照组护士得分高，差异有统计学意义（p＜0．05），不同学历护士社区灾害救援能力差异无统计学意义（p＞0．05），不同科室、职称和工作年限护士社区灾害救援能力差异有统计学意义（ p＜0．05）。结论采用情景模拟演练模式对护士进行培训，对提高护士的灾害救援能力是一种较为理想、直观培训方法。
