摘要:Objective The study was designed to compare the effects of applicaton of problem-based learning(PBL) and lecture-based leaming(LBL) in spinal surgery nursing teaching so as to find the more suitable teaching mode for nursing trainee.Methods 62 nursing trainee in 2011 and 64 nursing trainee in 2012 were arranged in random and classified into three groups as PBL group,LBL group,and PBL + LBL group.Subjective outcomes (including learning activeness,occupation self-identity,team spirit,instructor-trainee interactivity,nerse-patient interactivity,self-study capability,self-confidence,straining capability,teaching satisfaction degree) and objective outcomes (including theory intelligence,technique skill and general record) were compared in three groups.Result The outcomes of straining capability,instructor-trainee interactivity,self-identity,teaching satisfaction degree,theory intelligence,technique skill and general record in LBL + PBLgroup were higher statistastically than that of LBLgroup and PBLgroup (P < 0.05).Besides the outcomes of learning activeness,occupation self-identity,team spirit,nerse-patient interactivity,self-study capability,and technique skill in LBL + PBLgroup and PBL group were better statistacally than that of LBLgroup (P < 0.05).Conclusion Using PBL teaching mode on clinical nursing teaching can improve nursing trainee's study interest,enhance the occupation self -identity,develop their potentiality,and improve their performance ability,if combining it with the LBL mode,the nursing teaching quality can be improved.%目的 比较PBL(problem-based learning)教学模式与LBL(lecture-based learning)教学模式在脊柱外科护理教学中的应用效果,探索适合脊柱外科护理的教学模式.方法 随机将本院脊柱外科2011年度62名护理实习生与2012年度64名护理实习生分为LBL组、PBL组和LBL+ PBL组,比较三组护理实习生的主观成绩(包括学习主动性、职业认同感、团队精神、师生互动性、护患互动性、自学能力、自信心、应变能力、教学满意度)与客观成绩(包括理论知识、操作技能与综合成绩).结果 LBL+ PBL组护理实习生应变能力、师生互动性、自信心、教学满意度、理论知识、综合成绩显著高于LBL组和PBL组(P <0.05);LBL +PBL组和PBL组在学习主动性、职业认同感、团队精神、护患互动性、自学能力、操作技能显著优于LBL组(P<0.05).结论 PBL教学法应用于临床教学,能激发护理实习生学习兴趣,增强职业认同感,提升团队精神,开发其潜能,提高动手能力;与LBL结合后,可提高护理实习生教学质量和整体素质,将课本理论与临床实践有机结合,达到更好的教学效果,值得推广.
