In recent years, with the deepening of the curriculum reform, flipped classroom has gradually stepped into the daily teaching and the micro-course resources has received general attention. Based on structural equation model, this paper investigated the factors affecting the application of micro-lectures from the perspectives of teachers, students and micro course, through the steps of model building, model fitting and model modification.%近年来,随着课程改革的不断深入,翻转课堂逐渐走进日常教学当中,随之而来的微课资源也逐渐受到人们的普遍关注。文章以结构方程模型为研究工具,从教师、学生、微课三个角度,通过模型构建、模型拟合、模型修正等步骤,来完成对微课应用效果影响因素的分析探索。
