大学教师发展组织是大学教师发展运动的产物.在大学教师发展资源整合与教师发展组织专业化建设的时代背景下,院校管理者和教师发展者开始探索大学教师发展组织的自我转型之路.经历了重塑组织使命、重构组织角色、重建组织愿景的蜕变,美国研究型大学教师发展组织逐渐从大学的边缘走向中心,并成为院校治理体系中的重要组成部分.%Faculty development organizations is the product of American faculty development movement from the 1950s.In the era of resource integration and network construction,administrators and faculty developers start to reengineer the transformation of faculty development organizations. Along with the reconstruction of the mission, role,and vision,American faculty development organizations gradually come from the margin to the center of the university,becoming an indispensable part of institutional governance structure.
