21世纪美国公立大学变革之道——基于《21世纪的大学》要义研究

Reform has been the theme in the course of the development of American public university. American public university facing the challenge brought by learning society, it mainly show that the university should be reformed for social demand in aspects of education, scientific research and academic, social services, management and leadership as well as the resource, technology and diversity under market driven pressure. In the reform process, American public university has the characteristics of sticking to the university academic values views and adhering to university reform.%变革一直是美国公立大学发展历程中的主题。当前美国公立大学面临着学习型社会带来的挑战。在市场驱动的压力下,公立大学必须从教育、科研与学术、服务社会、管理和领导以及资源、技术和多样性等各个方面加以变革才能从容应对社会的需求。美国公立大学在变革的过程中坚守了大学的学术价值观,并不断提高应对挑战的能力。
