针对生物质气化过程是一个具有非线性、非最小相位特征、不稳定性、大时滞和负荷干扰特点的动态过程,提出了一种基于PSO的灰色组合预测的炉温智能算法,首先,利用基于PSO的灰色预测的强自适应性,实时预测炉温变化,保证精确控制,在此基础上对炉温进行控制;同时引入模糊控制算法对气化炉一次风量进行控制,降低可燃气体含氧量。仿真和现场运行结果表明了该方法的有效性和优越性。%In view of biomass gasify process with nonlinear,non-minimum-phase,big delay and strong load interference character ̄istics, an intel igent control algorithm based on PSO and gray combination prediction model is proposed. Firstly, the temperature is predicted by using the gray prediction with strong self-adaptive ability based on PSO and accurately control ed, based on the opti ̄mized gray temperature model. Final y, the fuzzy control algorithm is used in the gasifier to control the primary flowing rate and re ̄duce the oxygen content in the combustible gas. The validity and superiority are showed in the results of simulation and work site.
