美国教师教育“驻校模式”及其启示

摘要

Teacher residency model is a new model of the reforming of teacher education in America. The model mainly consist of constructing the management organization, admitting students, selecting teachers, training basic ability, vocational guidance and the formation of teacher leadership. Teacher residency model has become a new direction of the development of American teacher education, and has profound significance to the reform of teacher education in China. The teacher education in China should also pay attention to combining theory with practice, to promoting the integration of teacher education linkage, effective educational practice, teachers’ diversification profession construction and the quality teaching for the special teaching posts.%“驻校模式”是美国教师教育改革中出现的一种新模式，该模式的培养流程主要包括管理组织的构建、学生的录取和教师的筛选、基础能力培养、入职指导和教师领导力的形成。该模式代表美国教师教育发展的新方向，对我国教师教育改革有深刻的借鉴意义。我国的教师教育也应重视理论与实践相结合，把驻校实践提升到与理论学习并重的地位，促进教师教育一体化联动、教育实践有效化进行、师资专业多元化构建和特岗教师的高质化教学。
