PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To automatically extract rougher classification result from the result of clustering targeted for gene expression pattern data so that a user can select it. SOLUTION: The approximate number of clusters for each step considering an identification error range is displayed for a result obtained by performing the class analysis of the data of gene expression patterns. Only when the number of gene expression pattern data belonging to a certain cluster is equal to or more than a specific number in the result of cluster analysis, the data is grouped as a gene group for displaying.
