转型发展背景下地方本科院校人才培养模式的改革与实践--以新余学院计算机科学与技术专业为例

摘要

以新余学院计算机科学与技术专业为例，详细阐述了人才培养模式改革与实践：教学创新、考试改革并重；运用模块化教学，项目化教学、网络资源化教学等提升学生的工程素质；共同建设实践教学基地，顶岗实习基地，岗前培训基地，形成“校、企、学生”三方共赢的新型办学模式，着力提高计算机科学与技术专业的高层次应用型人才培养质量。%This paper,taKing computer science and technology major of Xinyu University for example,explores the reform and practice of the training mode,including teaching and test innovation,modular and resource teaching,building teaching practice bases,job prac—tice,forming the new school running model of school—enterprise—student jointly winning and improving the high—level application—oriented talents of computer science and technology major.
