In order to study the effect of employees’ training on their job performance ,the paper ,based on employees’ perception ,discusses the relationship between employees ’ training and their job performance , and explores how job engagement affects that relationship .With 237 employees participating in the study ,an empirical study was made by using hierarchical regression .The result shows that employees’ training with high-level perception not only improves employees’ job engagement ,but also enhances their job performance .Job engagement exerts certain mediating effects on the relationship between employee training and their job performance ,but has no effect on the relationship between employees’ training and the contextual performance .The findings of this study will contribute much to the employee training , thus improving their job performance .It is of great significance to the management practices .%为了研究员工培训对工作绩效的影响,文中基于员工感知视角,研究员工培训对工作绩效的影响,并探讨工作投入在其中的中介作用。以237名员工为研究对象,运用多元回归的方法进行实证分析。结果表明:较高水平员工感知视角的员工培训不但有助于提高员工的工作投入,还能提高员工的工作绩效;工作投入在员工培训与任务绩效中起部分中介作用,在员工培训与关系绩效中没有中介作用。研究结果有助于企业更好的进行员工培训,从而提高工作绩效,对于管理实践具有现实意义。
