A method of solid-phase extraction coupled with gas chromatography was applied for determination of alkylphenol in waterproof clothing. Test parameters were optimized such as elution speed, elu-ent,eluent volume,etc. The detection limits were 0. 020m/L and 0. 025mg/L for nonylphenol and octyl-phenol respectively,the RSD was generally below 5%. The results show that recoveries of different concentrations were 92. 78% and 82. 94%. The determination results of water samples are satified.%通过对固相萃取的流速、洗脱剂种类、洗脱剂用量等条件进行优化后,采用固相萃取－气相色谱法中壬基酚和辛基酚的检出限分别为0.020mg/L和0.025mg/L,相对标准偏差(RSD)均小于5％.该方法对市售防水服实际样品的检测也取得了较为满意的结果.壬基酚和辛基酚的加标回收率为92.78％,82.94％.
