一种两性萃取剂在防水服中烷基酚 GC 检测的应用

摘要

An efficient amphiprotic extractant Abselut NEXUS was selected to extract alkylphenol and the test parameters was optimized .Then a method of solid-phase extraction-gas chromatography for de-tection of alkylphenol in waterproof clothing was established .The detection limits for octylphenol and nonylphenol were 0.013mg/L and 0.014mg/L ,respectively .The recoveries were 98.45% and 94.06%for octylphenol and nonylphenol ,and the RSD was generally below 5% .%选用一种高效的两性萃取剂 Abselut NEXUS柱对烷基酚类物质进行固相萃取并优化萃取条件，建立一种SPE-GC检测防水服中烷基酚类物质的方法．该方法对辛基酚和壬基酚检出限分别为0.013mg/L和0.014mg/L ，加标回收率分别为98.45％和94.06％，相对标准偏差均小于5％．
