认知重评如何调节情绪：中庸思维的中介作用

How do cognitive reappraisal (CR) and Zhongyong-thinking (ZT) interact with each other in the process of emotion regulation? A survey has been carried out by collecting questionnaires of ZT scale, ERQ, PANAS and BEQ. 369 valid reports are collected from 400 undergraduates. The results show that the cognitive reappraisal may have an effective regulation on emotion through the mediating effect of ZT.%　　使用中庸思维量表、情绪调节问卷、正负情绪检核表和情绪表达问卷开展抽样测查，以某高校大学生为被试，共收集到有效数据369份。分析了“认知重评”与“中庸思维”在情绪调节的过程中如何相互作用，共同影响情绪体验和情绪表达。得出认知重评通过激活中庸思维实现对情绪的有效调节。
