摘要

Self directed learning is welcome because of its characteristics of autonomy, flexibility. This research takes the anxiety of obtaining employment as the breakthrough point so that we can investigate and research the self-directed learning of university graduates, so as to provide help to improve the self-directed learning of college students.%自我导向学习因其自主性、灵活性等特征倍受欢迎，以就业焦虑为切入点对大学毕业生的自我导向学习进行调查研究，从而为改善大学生自我导向学习提供帮助。
