就业服务与大学毕业生就业的关系--基于2010~2014届大学毕业生的实证研究

     

摘要

Improving the employment services system is an important annulus to promote the employment of graduates. The empirical results show as following: firstly, the employment service has significant effects on the opportunities and quality of graduates employment; secondly, graduates employment opportunities is positively related to four factors of providing employment information, promoting the job matching, the career guidance and training, and formulating the policies and regulations for employment; thirdly, the better the system of employment service is, the higher recognition of employment service system graduates have and the higher employment quality is;finally, university graduates have a low degree of satisfaction with the public employment service system currently. Therefore, we must improve the employment service system to promote the graduates employment. First, we should innovate renovate the employment service system. Second, we should expand the employment service content. Third, we should improve the employment service agency. Fourth, we should broaden the employment service channel.%完善就业服务体系是促进大学毕业生就业的重要一环。实证研究结果表明:就业服务对大学毕业生的就业机会和就业质量均有显著影响;“提供就业信息”、“促进人职匹配”、“职业指导与培训”和“制定就业创业政策法规”四个因素与“大学毕业生就业机会”均呈正相关;就业服务体制越完善,大学毕业生对就业服务体制的认可度就越高,其获得的就业机会就越多,就业质量也越高;当前大学毕业生对政府公共就业服务体系的满意度不太高。因此,要促进大学毕业生就业,就必须完善就业服务体系。一是要创新就业服务体制;二是要拓展就业服务内容;三是要完善就业服务机构;四是要拓宽就业服务渠道。
