日本和韩国体育教师培养与任用制度的比较

摘要

Using literature study and comparative research , the paper compares the training institutions, curriculum, appointment procedures and examination system in Japan and South Korea and analyzes the features and advantages of training and appointment systems%采用文献资料、比较研究等方法，对日本和韩国体育教师培养机构、课程设置、任用程序与考试制度进行比较研究，辨析两国培养与任用制度的特点与优势，以期在世界教育发展与改革的大背景下，为我国体育教师培养与任用制度的深化改革与完善提供借鉴和参考。
