For a long time, police officers in drug reh abilitation center are the high-risk of job burnout groups with high load, high resistance, and high risk of stress. This article analyzes the generation mechanism and influencing factors of job burnout from the characteristics of the work and the internal factors. Under the guidance of positive psychology, combing the psychological intervention technique which is confirmed to be effective at present, concrete suggestions are put forward from the perspective of “preventive intervention” for career advancement and optimization of psychology to provide theoretical support and empirical reference for the development of job burnout intervention measures and strength-en the team construction of drug rehabilitation center.%戒毒所干警长期处于高负荷、高对抗、高风险的应激状态,是职业倦怠的高危易感人群。在积极心理学理论的指导下,从“预防性干预”的视角出发,梳理现阶段被证实有显效的心理干预技术,提出职业提升和个体心理优化的具体建议,可为制定职业倦怠干预措施、加强戒毒所队伍建设提供理论支持和实践指导。
