培养料对姬松茸子实体多糖含量及抗氧化性的影响

         

摘要

研究分析了栽培原料对姬松茸子实体多糖含量及抗氧化性的影响,结果表明,用醋糟为主料栽培得到的姬松茸子实体的多糖含量明显高于用芦笋老茎为主料栽培得到的姬松茸子实体;比较3种辅料即豆秸、棉籽壳和玉米秸秆,豆秸更有利于子实体多糖的合成.2种栽培主料对于姬松茸子实体的DPPH清除能力和还原力有显著的影响,而对LPO抑制的影响较小;综合评价抗氧化性的3个指标可以看出,用芦笋老茎为主料栽培得到的姬松茸子实体的抗氧化性优于醋糟主料;3种辅料相比较,棉籽壳比玉米秸秆、豆秸更有利于姬松茸抗氧化性的提高.%Influences of different composts on polysaccharide content and antioxidant activity of A garicus blazei fruitbody were analyzed. The result showed that the content of polysaccharide in Agaricus blazei fruitbody cultivated with vinegar dregs was significantly higher than that in Agaricus blazei fruitbody cultivated with asparagus old stems. Among three auxiliary cultivation materials ( i.e. beanstalk, cotton seed hulls and corn straw ), the beanstalk was favorable to the synthesis of polysaccharide. Two main cultivation materials had significant effects on DPPH scavenging capacity and reducing power of this fungus, but no significant influences on inhibition of lipid peroxidation. Based on general evaluation of three antioxidant aspects, it is shown that the antioxidant activity of Agaricus blazei fruitbody cultivated with asparagus old stems was higher than cultivated with vinegar dregs. Besides, in three auxiliary cultivation materials, cotton seed hulls were more helpful to improve the antioxidant activity of Agaricus blazei fruitbody than beanstalk and maize straw.
