民族教育研究的历史演进与趋势展望——基于2001-2017年全国教育科学规划民族教育课题立项数据的量化分析

         

摘要

Ethnic education is an integral discipline category in the national education science plan. Based on the data of the research projects of ethnic education of the national education science plan from 2001 to 2017, a quantitative analysis is made of the projects in terms of category, time, the unit, the person in charge and the main body. The findings show that the total number and the proportion of the research projects have been low with an overall steady rising trend; the regional distribution of the projects is unbalanced, and due to geographical advantages of ethnic concentrated area, the Western area plays an important role in ethnic education research; universities take up the priority in research projects, for almost all the projects are conducted by universities, especially by double first-class universities; and the projects have changed from macro view to micro view with a multi-disciplinary theoretical basis and diversified research subjects. Therefore, it is suggested that in order to promote the inclusiveness and openness of the research of ethnic education, regional collaborative innovation should be strengthened, cooperation and communication between different types of responsibility units should be enhanced, and multi-disciplinary integration should be enhanced.%民族教育是全国教育科学规划中的一个学科类别.以2001-2017年全国教育科学规划的民族教育类课题立项数据为研究对象,通过对立项类别、时间分布、立项课题所在单位与隶属系统、课题负责人及立项主体等方面的量化分析,可以发现: 民族教育类课题的立项总数和所占比例一直处于偏低状态,整体上呈现出平稳上升的态势; 立项课题的区域分布不均衡,西部地区因民族聚居的地缘优势在民族教育研究中扮演重要角色; 高校在民族教育课题的研究中占据先机,几乎所有的民族教育课题都是由高校特别是由非"双一流"高校所承担; 民族教育研究视野从宏观走向微观,理论基础体现为多学科融合,研究对象多样化等.因此,建议加强不同区域之间的协同创新,增强不同类型责任单位之间的合作交流,强化民族教育研究的多学科交叉融合,促进民族教育研究的包容性和开放性.
