试验研究了刺五加中黄酮类化合物的抗氧化性及抑菌性,并对所提取的粗黄酮类物质进行定量和定性分析.试验采用紫外分光光度法检测提取物中总黄酮类物质的含量,得率为0.34％.刺五加黄酮提取物表现出较强的清除羟自由基、超氧阴离子和DPPH自由基能力,其抗氧化能力低于芦丁标准品而强于维生素C.采用分光光度法和平板培养法对刺五加黄酮粗品的抑菌性进行研究,结果表明剃五加提取物对大肠杆菌、金黄色葡萄球菌、沙门氏菌和荧光假单胞菌都有一定的抑菌效果,并随着刺五加黄酮浓度的增加,其抑菌作用也增强.%The antioxidation and antibacterial properties of flavonoids extracted from acanthopana x leaves were studied and the quantitative and qualitative analyses were carried out in this experiment. Using ultraviolet spectrophotometry method, the content of the obtained total flavonoids was determined to be 0.34%. Flavonoids extracted from acanthopanax leaves possessed strong capability of eliminating O2, · OH and DPPH, its clearance capability was better than that of vitamin c but inferior to rutin. Using spectrophotometry and plating method, the antibacterial property were studied. The results showed that the flavonoids had a certain of bacteriostatic effect to Escherichia coli, staphylococcus aureus, salmonella and fluorescence pseudomonas, with the increasing of acanthopanax senticocous flavonoids concentration, and the effect of bacteriostatic was also increased.
