对等翻译理论及其对法律文本的适用性研究

摘要

文本类型决定翻译理论的选择，不同的翻译理论适用于不同的文本类型。通过分析文本类型，阐释对等翻译理论，论述形式对等、动态对等和动能对等不适用于法律文本的翻译，进而指出静态对等翻译对于法律文本翻译的适用性。%The choice of translation theories is determined by text types .Different translation theo‐ries are applicable to different text types .Through the analysis of text types and an introduction to e‐quivalence theories ,the thesis demonstrates the inapplicability of formal equivalence ,dynamic equiva‐lence and functional equivalence to the translation of legal texts ,and further verifies the applicability of static equivalence to the translation of legal texts .
