The present invention provides a technique capable of speedily and accurately performing an evaluation of a legal document while clarifying a problem point. A legal text evaluation method according to the present invention is implemented by a computer. The legal text evaluation method corresponds to at least an evaluation range information of a legal text, an input step for receiving input of the legal text, a reading step of reading evaluation range information regarding the evaluation scope of the legal text, and an evaluation rule for the legal text.
