原型义项排列法：义项排列新视角

摘要

《牛津大学英语词典》基于原型理论，采用了新型的“原型义项排列法”，突显核心意义，使次要意义与核心意义形成链状辐射结构，十分有益于外语学习者的多义词语义习得，可以在一定程度上弥补当今主流英语学习词典义项编排的缺陷，为学习词典的义项排列提供一个新视角。%Based on the prototype theory, ＂Oxford American College Dictionary adopts prototypleat sense ordering＂, a new ordering method by which core senses are listed by their sub-senses in chains. This new or- dering method is greatly beneficial to foreign language learners＇ polysemy acquisition, and to a certain extent it makes up for the deficiency of the sense arrangement in today＇s major English learner＇s dictionaries. Thus it provides a new perspective of the sense ordering in learner＇s dictionaries.
