课堂教学向提升学生发展能力转型的探索

     

摘要

Chapter 14 in the 13th Five-Year Plan for Economic and Social Development of the People's Republic of China points out that colleges and universities should attach more importance to the promotion of human development competence. This is higher requirement for the supply-side structural reform of higher education in China. Classroom teaching is the main channel of cultivating talents in higher vocational education. The classroom teaching and teaching method should be transferred to the direction of promoting development competence. Intensive interpretation and more practice is the main way to realize the development competence cultivation in higher vocational classroom teaching, interactive teaching is an important mode suitable for the student development competence cultivation, and it should adopt intensive interpretation and more practice and interactive teaching to enhance classroom efficiency.%《中华人民共和国国民经济和社会发展第十三个五年规划纲要》第十四章提出,高校要把提升人的发展能力放在突出重要位置,这是国家对高等教育供给侧结构性改革提出的新的更高的要求.课堂教学是高职教育培养人才的主渠道,要使传授知识的课堂教学及其教学方法朝向助推发展能力养成的方向转型.精讲多练是高职高专课堂教学实现发展能力培养的主要方式,是适合高职高专学生发展能力培养的重要模式,要注重采用精讲多练和互动式教学,以提高课堂效率.
